Capaya believes that in Justice is independent in the Government of Moreno

Ecuadornews:

Former Ecuadorean Hydrocarbons Minister Carlos Pareja Yannuzzelli, submitted himself to the authorities of his country Friday, and acknowledged that his arrival from the United States was “voluntary” and did so because of his conviction that justice is “independent” in the government of President Lenin Moreno.

In a video filmed on his arrival at the Mariscal Sucre airport, the former official, popularly known as Capaya – an acronym for his name – asserted that he arrived in Ecuador “to submit to independent justice.” “The truth and independent justice will take us where all Ecuadorians want,” he insisted.

Pareja Yannuzzelli, who was sentenced to five years in prison for bribery and more than a dozen cases in the investigation phase, entered a prison in Quito after arriving in the country on a private flight accompanied by the president of the Legislature José Serrano. (I)
