Posted On 16 Jan 2017

Cesar Rohon tops the list of the Social Cristiano-Madera de Guerrero Party representing District 3. He was a candidate for Governor and also for the Presidency. In an interview with Daily Expreso, he talks about the proposals he will fulfill if winning a seat in the assembly.
One of the priorities in the assembly will be to eliminate the advance of the Income Tax. “So that it stops being a punishment and it becomes an immediate liquidity facility. We are going to remove the tax on the exit of capitals so that resources come, we need new industries in Ecuador.” Rohon said
On lower electricity tariffs, Rohon explains that it is possible to lower the cost of electricity for the poorest up to 130 kV in the coast and 120 kV in the highlands.
“This will allow us to be more competitive. We need to create jobs, restore the economy and that will enable us to raise wages to boost the national economy.”
Among his proposals are laws to promote the business sector, as he mentions that the agricultural sector is a priority for the national development. He states that they will repeal the Law of Communication. All public contracts and state enterprises will be supervised because the half of oil revenues was allocated to state enterprises.
