Chayanne Is Sued For Fraud
Posted On 21 Sep 2011
The Argentine businessman Eduardo Bruni confirmed today his complaint against Puerto Rican singer Chayanne and his manager Juan Manuel Lopez on the grounds of “fraud” due to the liquidation of entries of the concert given in October 2010 in the city of Tandil.
Bruni said he only received $ 130,000, which is half of what had been agreed as the show’s total profit was about 1.2 million.
D’Alessandro, Bruni’s lawyer, said that Lopez and Chayanne may have altered the payments since settlement vouchers for $ 120,000 were missing “Or they paid $ 130,000 and inflated costs or, if they paid a quarter million, nearly half were in black”.
