Chinese Embassy donates radio/streaming equipment to Public Communication Company of Ecuador EP

A second donation of radio/streaming equipment was made by the Chinese Embassy to the Public Communication Company of Ecuador EP . This Tuesday, June 18, 2024, Samia Tacle, general manager of the Public Communication Company of Ecuador EP, and Chen Guoyou, ambassador of China, signed the donation document for said equipment.

The Public Communication Company of Ecuador EP and the Chinese Embassy signed an equipment donation document.

The first donation was made in 2021 and was equipment for broadcasting on public media. While in the second donation, equipment was delivered to improve these transmissions. Currently, they are used on Public FM.

Chen Guoyou, Chinese ambassador, highlighted the cooperation between Ecuador and China. “It is a bridge and an important channel for the Ecuadorian people to learn about Chinese culture.”

For her part, Samia Tacle, general manager of Empresa Pública de Comunicación del Ecuador EP, highlighted the importance of maintaining cultural and friendship ties between both countries. In addition, she thanked them for the donation of the equipment.

The Chinese Embassy also holds human talent exchange workshops to strengthen information knowledge.
