Carrasco added that most of the infected patients remain in home isolation, but that “there are dozens” who have been discharged from hospitals and who hope that in the coming weeks they will recover fully.
The Interior Minister, María Paula Romo indicated that the National Emergency Operations Committee decided to extend the labor and mobility restrictions until next April 5 and that, after that date, an evaluation of the situation will be made.
Romo indicated that, to the contagion figures, weekly bulletins will also be prepared on the death rate registered in the country and its causes.
