Coronel Tapia Hearing is Suspended

Today was scheduled to conclude the adjudication hearing of the trial against Coronel Rolando Tapia, who was charged of not letting the Assembly work during the police uprising of September 30. However, the hearing was suspended at 12:30 and the judges decided that they had other commitments.

Tapia informed the reason of the judges’ decision one he was out of the hearing. It was later informed that the judicial process would continue next Monday after 11:00, where the process will continue with their allegations. Meanwhile, Atty, Victor Hugo Cevallos, defender of Coronel informed that Tapia was fired from the Police force. (AV)
