Correa checks out via Ibarra-Bolivar and inaugurates ECU-911 in his visit to Tulcán

President Rafael Correa during his visit to Tulcán visited the Ibarra-Bolívar way, which is being expanded to four lanes, with an investment of USD198 million.
This work would be completed in January 2016 and will include the creation of the gastronomical center El Juncal.
Furthermore, at noon, the President opened the fourteenth Integrated Security System ECU-911, in Tulcán.
Correa announced that the system that is being built in Lago Agrio (Sucumbios) will soon be executed, with which the circle of coverage and permanent surveillance in the country will be culminated.
