Correa corroborates holiday for December 30th and 31st

On Tuesday, the Ecuadorian president, Rafael Correa, announced through his personal Twitter account, the signing of a decree that established Monday 30 and Tuesday 31 of December 2013 as official holidays, so the rest will run from Saturday 28 to Wednesday 1.
The holidays must be recovered with a daily hour of work from January 2, 2014, the following 16 working days, including January 2.
