Posted On 29 Jul 2014
President Rafael Correa will resume his presidential activities from tomorrow after twelve days off due to his annual holidays.
Next Friday, Correa plans to preside over a cabinet of Ministers in Bucay (Guayas) and on Saturday he will transmit the National Address from that place, according to sources from the Government Palace.
Regarding legislative matters, Correa will know the Monetary and Financial Code that the National Assembly approved last week, and he will define whether he fully or partially vetoes it or sanctions it.
Additionally, he will receive the report of the negotiating team on the trade agreement with the European Union (EU), finalized on July 17, before leaving for vacation.
