Coverage of 6,000 wifi sites in Guayaquil is completed

50th Street and Chembers, in the southwest of Guayaquil, was the site where the 6,000th point of free broadband and wireless Internet was inaugurated, promoted by the municipality.

The delivery of this work was yesterday with the presence of the mayor of the city, Jaime Nebot, who recalled that the plan started in 2014 today benefits 1.7 million. Thus the city becomes a digital city of the region, added the entity.

Users can use the free internet service 45 minutes a day, that time will soon be implemented 15 minutes.
