President Daniel Noboa fulfilled his agenda in the province of El Oro where he took the opportunity to thank for the support for the yes vote in the Popular Consultation and Referendum 2024. President Daniel Noboa thanked him for the support that the yes vote had in the Popular Consultation and Referendum 2024.
President Noboa addressed the young people, thanking them for their support and reminded them that it was the Ecuadorians who decided and gave the Government new tools to combat organized crime.
The President participated in the solemn session for the 140 years of provincialization of El Oro, there he assured that he will not give in even a step to violence, corruption and impunity. In addition, he referred to the murder of the mayor of the Portovelo canton Jorge Maldonado. “We have dealt the hardest blow to narcoterrorism. Now we must commit to ensuring that this crime, like many others, does not go unpunished and those responsible pay for this terrorist act,” he said.
President Noboa also participated in the event to lay the first stone of the Resource Center for Learning and Research, CRAI, at the Technical University of Machala. There he took the opportunity to thank his work team and assured that this work was achieved “without resources, in the middle of a war and in the middle of national and international attacks by organized crime.”
