Dalo Bucaram will Sue the Regime

The legislator Abdala Bucaram Pulley will order precautionary measures to stop the regime to use images of his children
Assemblyman of the Ecuadorian Roldosista Party (PRE for its Spanish acronym), Abdala Bucaram Pulley, plans to take legal actions in response to the nationwide television broadcasts issued by the Government last Sunday night, in which his version of the existence of a political agreement to bring the former president Abdala Bucaram Ortiz back to the country, was refuted.
In the broadcasts, the ruling party insisted that the photos of private meetings presented by the assemblyman, in which his minor children Dalia, Maria Gabriela and Dalo appear, do not constitute evidence of a pact.
Bucaram Pulley said he will file a protective action against the broadcasts and a complaint with the Inter American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR) to stop the regime of using images of his children without authorization.
The legislator will raise a civil lawsuit against the President and the Secretary of Communication, Fernando Alvarado, for damages. He will ask for an indemnity of $ 20 million.
He will also file a complaint with the Prosecutors’ Office for embezzlement against Correa for the use of public funds in nationwide tv broadcasts wich, he argued, would serve the president to undermine people reputations. MZ
