Demonstrations in Tahrir Square Demand the Exit of Mohammed Morsi
Dozens of thousands of Egyptians protested yesterday after the announcement of that the Islamist president, Mohammed Morsi, maintains a decree that gives him alternate powers, despite several days of protests and the opposition of justice.
Thousands of attorneys also joined to the protests and on his way to Tahrir Square, they screamed, “the people want the fall of the regime,” one of the most renowned slangs since last years revolt, which ended with the exit of the dictator Hosni Mubarak.
In the last few days of protests and disturbs, a young men died recently adding himself to the three people that are already dead and 450 more wounded, according to the official numbers. Among the comments is Ahmed Fahmy, who said “we will stay in Tahrir until Morsi annuls his declaration.”
