Driver who killed girl from Ecuador gets prosecuted
Idowu Daramola, a bus driver who on last Tuesday had an accident in New Jersey that resulted in the killing an eight-month girl from Ecuador, was charged with homicide and reckless driving, so he got a bail at $ 250,000, which has not been paid.
Daramola, 48, appeared Thursday before a judge of the court of Hudson County, New Jersey, in a packed hearing without the presence of his family members or relatives from the girl, who died after falling about her pole power lines.
The defendant is entitled to a hearing to request a bail reduction as soon he gets an attorney, however, Daramola does not qualify for free legal assistance so he has not been able to get one.
The accident occurred when Daramola, employee from Sphinx Transit company with a history of bad driving and violation of traffic law, was talking on mobile phone while driving a passenger bus in West New York, when he suddenly lost control and the bus crashed into a pole that fell on the car where the baby was just at the time her mother was passing by.

Crime scene where Daramola provoked the death of the little girl.
