Closer publishes pictures of Kate Middleton
The court of Nanterre, Paris, favoured Prince William and his wife, which prohibited Mondadori, owner of Closer, “lease or distribute by any support,” including Internet publications.
Additionally the French justice also ordered Closer to deliver all the picture files to the representatives of the royal couple in the next 24-hours. The magazine would be fined with 10,000 Euros (13,000 dollars) for each passing day.
The court’s announced its decision after a hearing last Monday, after studying the civil demand presented by William and Catherine, “for breach of privacy.” AV
