COFIEC case takes a new turn

Esteban Garzon Cisneros, was the Business official in charge of following the loan of $ 800,000 that bank COFIEC gave to Gaston Duzac. Cisneros appears as legal representative of Agricola Mercedes (AGM) gave the guarantees of the seized company to support the disbursement.

The former executive president of COFIEC, Maria Fernanda Luzuriaga, in her statement before the Audit Commission of the Assembly, revealed this information.
