Ecuador is Ready to Go to Miss Universe

Yesterday, current Miss Ecuador, Claudia Schiess said goobye to the country through the local government media before her departure to Sao Paulo, Brazil, this Sunday. In the South American country she will be participating in the Miss Universe contest.

“I appreciate all the support you have given me. I’m happy to represent the country and for that I have prepared myself. It only remains to find the opportunity to show what I have learned in the competition,” said Schiess from Galapagos Islands, who was crowned the most beautiful woman in the country last March.

Miss Ecuador will wear dresses and accessories by James Cardenas, Kein Piedrahita, ElviaAlvarado, among others. Also, she will take as a gift to contest charity auction a turtle made ​​of silver, valued at USD 1 800, designed by Jonathan Taylor.

Schiess got herself prepared 22 days in Venezuela in makeup, catwalk, clothing, among others. Designer Wenceslao Munoz was in charge of the Miss Ecuador’s national costume.
