Ecuafutbol collects more than one million dollars from ticket sales
The Ecuadorian Soccer Federation (Ecuafutbol) informed that all tickets have been sold for the eliminatory match for the World Cup between Ecuador and Paraguay, that will be played today at 16:00 in the Atahualpa Olympic Stadium.

Many fans from all over Ecuador, made long lines outside the box office of the Stadium, enduring heavy rains and cold, to support the Ecuadorian selection.
At 11:30, Marcelo Valencia, head of the Ecuafutbol box office, reported that the 1,800 single tickets were sold since they started selling them on Monday. While some fans were left with empty hands, there was no major claims. The Organization was good.
The Ecuadorian Soccer Federation sold about 33,000 tickets for the game today, which would represent a collection of $1′ 100.000.
The resale, a huge problem for the federation, did not had much influx of people; but, fans are already showing their dissatisfaction on social networks for the price of the tickets on resale.
The Ecuafutbol established that the price for the pack of tickets would be $54 for all the matches for general seats, the preference seats $110 and the tribune seats $160, and each single general ticket has a cost $20 in the box office, today the resale price per ticket was $ 60 for General, $120 for Preference and $150 for Tribune.
