Elton John Cancels Shows Due to Sickness

Elton John is cancelling today three Las Vegas performances on doctor’s orders alter he was hospitalized due to a respiratory infection.

Officials with Caesars Entertainment said that the Thursday, Saturday and Sunday performances of “The Million Dollar Piano” are being cancelled. Elton John got sick with the infection last weekend and on Wednesday he was admitted to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

Prior to his release, doctors recommended he must not perform for a week and take antibiotics. The famous singer he said he’s sorry he can’t be with his fans at The Colosseum. The ticket Holders will be eligible for refunds or exchanges at the site where they bought tickets. (AV)
