Embassies of Latin America are prepared for any emergency in Syria

Syria faces major attack
Latin embassies in Lebanon strengthened their measures to respond to any emergency in the event of foreign military intervention on Syria and are in constant contact with their nationals to serve their needs.
“In Syria there are approximately 300 Spanish, of Syrian origin, and for two and a half years we are advising them to leave. Those who wanted did it, now those that remain have not have expressed greater willingness to do so,” said the Spanish diplomatic sources.
The sources added that evacuation plans are enacted at the international level by the UN and by each country. “We seek a way to bring them to Lebanon, we call them at the border in case there is an evacuation plan. In any case it will depend on them, as some could go to Turkey or Iraq,” the source explained.
Other Latin American delegations have also activated their assistance plans against any possible international attack on Damascus.
