Evo Morales arrives today to Ecuador to receive support
According to the press release distributed by the Foreign Ministry of Ecuador, the president of Bolivia, Evo Morales, will arrive today at 22:00 to Quito’s Mariscal Sucre airport to meet tomorrow with his Ecuadorian counterpart, Rafael Correa, and will proceed with the signing of agreements and receiving tributes and expressions of solidarity.
The Foreign Ministry says that Morales will participate tomorrow at 08:00 in a ceremony to place a floral wreath in honor of the heroes of the emancipation of America at the “Independence Square,” in front of the presidential palace.
Then, Morales will receive the “keys to the city” at Quito’s Municipality and later participate in the meeting with Correa.
Shortly after noon, it is expected that the signing of agreements would be carried out and a press conference would be held to detail the agreements signed within the first official bilateral visit of Morales to Correa.
