The female team soccer are ready to debut in the Canada World Cup that begins on June 6.
“Exceed goal of being among the 24 countries that will dispute the cup and stay at a point halfway between the four or eigh best, it will be something very rewarding,” said Vanessa Arauz, technical director of the team.
Arauz plans to get the most points in the two initial games. It will be on June 8 that Ecuador will face against Cameroon, in Vancouver. On June 12 against Switzerland. And the last with Japan, current world champion.
If Ecuador passes the first phase, it will be among the top 16 in the world and there will be classified to second round.
