The judge of the National Court of Justice, Sylvia Sánchez, called the former communication secretary, Fernando Alvarado, for trial for the alleged crime of embezzlement in SECOM. He also did it with Patricio Pacheco, Pablo Yánez and Carlos Bravo. The penalty for this crime ranges from 10 to 13 years in prison.
In addition, it ordered that the precautionary measures imposed in the trial evaluation and preparatory hearing be maintained.
