The judge of the National Court of Justice, Sylvia Sánchez, called the former communication secretary, Fernando Alvarado, for trial for the alleged crime of embezzlement in SECOM. In recent days, Sanchez accepted the request for revocation of preventive detention of Pacheco.

However, the magistrate issued a ban on her leaving the country and a daily presentation before the competent authority.

On Friday, March 8, the Attorney General, Ruth Palacios, accused four defendants in the case as co-authors of embezzlement. In the list is the former National Secretary of Communication, Fernando Alvarado. In addition, the Attorney General’s Office asked the judge to issue the summons to trial against everyone. (I)
