Google Declares War on Drug Trafficking and Organized Crime
Posted On 18 Jul 2012
The Google search engine in the United States made a forum for authorities and civil organizations to discuss which are the most efficient methods to combat crimes such as drug and organ trafficking.
“We believe technology has the power to expose and dismantle the criminal networks in the world who depend on secrecy and discretion in order to function,” said Google in its blog.
Government officials, civil organizations and former members of organized crime groups will held dialogues until today at Westlake Village, California, about the repercussions of these crimes in the world. (MZ)
