Google removes the clouds of their images
Since last week, Google decided to improve the images of their services Maps and Earth, that will no longer have white spots, because they eliminated the clouds which sometimes obstructed the view of the maps, thanks to the better use of the images sent by the NASA satellite Landsat 7.
Google Earth is a free tool that serves to see the Earth from the satellite, Google Maps offers images of scrollable maps, as well as photographs by satellite of the world and even the route between different locations.
Currently, Google and their team use a system of image filtering which will choose the shot that has no clouds over the same area.
Now the users can see a perfect image, with clear skies around the world with a resolution of 15 meters per pixel, unlike when NASA launched its first project in 2002, and the images were of a thousand meters per pixel.
