Group El Rosado will build a commercial city in La Aurora

The Group “El Rosado”, will built the new commercial city El Dorado, in the intersection of the avenues Leon Febres-Cordero (via  La Aurora-Pastuales) and Samborondon, north of Guayaquil.

The project will have an area of 400 000 square meters (m²) and will include a Riocentro, business buildings, restaurants, a hotel, a hospital and specialty clinics.

In a statement, El Rosado said that this project will be delivered by stages. The construction will take 5 years.

The first part will be delivered at the end of 2013, which consist of a 20,000 m²  Hipermarket, with a Mi Comisariato, Ferrisariato, Riostore and Mi Jugueteria, besides avenues and business as fitness centers, car dealers, gas stations, etc.

The commercial city hotel El Dorado, will have a coliseum for artistic and theatrical shows for 12,000 people.
