Harb says He will Whistleblower the New Directive

Barcelona former president Alfonso Harb called as “malicious and a persecution” the complaint filled by Antonio Noboa, director of Barcelona Sporting Club and Hector Vanegas, trustee of the club, before the Office of Guayas for alleged falsification of documents related to the change in the television contract with Gamatv and TC Televisión.

Harb said that the certificate is false, since it corresponds to the session 78, dated the 79th, which supposedly was authorized to amend the contract with the television. Also, he justified the modification of the contract, because at that time the situation (financial situation of the club) was chaotic.

“I do not generate any of these commitments, but it was my obligation to fix them. (…) I know where it comes from (the complaint) and what I want to tell them is that I have documents if you also want these to go after the light,” Harb said and warned he will appear in court to denounce this case.
