Humala Won the Presidency of Peru

The leftist former militar, Ollanta Humala, won the presidency of Peru on Sunday and promised to lead a national consensus government to consolidate the country’s economic growth and promote the social inclusion.
The Transparency civil association, for the electoral observation, reported hours earlier at a press conference that Humala surpassed Keiko Fujimori by 3% to 100% on the votes count. The error margin is less than 1%.
Meanwhile the National Office of Electoral Processes (ONPE), computational entity, reported that in an 87% of records counted, Humala obtained 51.2% of the valid votes, while Fujimori got a 48.81%.
