IESS seizes Monumental stadium facilities

The track and facilities of the Monumental stadium in Barcelona were seized today by the Social Security Institute at noon due to a late due.

The provincial director of Guayas IESS, Ivan Espinel Molina, and legal custodian, Miguel Montalvo Tower, carried out the seizing of the property mortgaged.

IESS claims the $ 386 523.91, a total of 700,000 dollars in debt and whose difference can be paid up to five years upon agreement between the parties.

The seizing, which becomes collateral mortgage, includes the presidential suite, grandstand and general locations, tennis, clubhouse, tunnel, generally bars, stage, grandstand and suite baths and the general box, the grandstand and suite, cellars of stages and stands, central control office, conference room, administration office, cabin for print, radio and television booths and parking generally.

Barcelona president pledged to cancel the debt in order to lift the seizing and allow the team to use the stadium facilities.

This Sunday, Barcelona will play in the stadium, but making a loan application to the IESS.

If the leadership does not cancel the debt, starting the next game the team canary will have to apply for a lease to use the stadium facilities.
