Influenza Vaccination Campaign Began Today

The vaccination campaign for the prevention of influenza virus in children under 5 years started today.

About 500 thousand doses of the vaccine, called trivalent, has been distributed nation wide. Minister David Chiriboga asked Ecuadorians to go to health centers and sub-centers, so that hospitals do not become overcrowded.
