Galo Lara

The former assemblymen Galo Lara, who was sentenced to 10 years in prison for his alleged complicity in the murder of Carlos Llanos, Silvia Parco and their minor age son in the canton Quinsalona (Los Rios), was arrested last Sunday afternoon, September 15, by the Interpol in Panama, as it was revealed by the prosecution from their Twitter account (@ FiscaliaEcuador).

The National Police pointed out, in the same social network, the international cooperation and noted that deportation will occur in the coming days.

On September 2, the Criminal Chamber of the National Court of Justice sentenced Lara.
