IRS collects more in the first half of 2013

From January to June this year, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has raised a total tax cash of $ 6,542.9 million, surpassing last year’s amount in the same period by 13.8%.
The main items came from Income Tax IT ($ 2,193 million), Value Added Tax VAT ($ 3,054 million), tax Overseas Remittance ISD ($ 609 million) and the Tax on Special Consumption ($ 367 million).
The IT generated a 12.7% increase over the same period in 2012, the VAT grew by 14.9%, the Special Consumption Tax by 12.7% and ISD 7.8%.
