Suing Ecuadorean legal persons, that have their capital in offshore companies in tax havens, so this capital returns to be invested in the country, was one of the three recommendations the Justice Commission of the Assembly included last night after approving the report on cases of offshore companies established in tax havens.
These joined four other that were already contained in the document, including forwarding that report to the Council on Legislative Administration (CAL), so if deemed appropriate, it requests the legal actions to the competent authorities and even send it to the Audit Commission of the Assembly.
In addition to sending a copy to the Comptroller of the file that collects the analyzed documents.
