Lady Gaga Sued a Website

Lady Gaga had an injunction against the British firm Mind Candy, owner of the website Moshi Monsters, which allows children to adopt a virtual pet monster.

Moshi Monsters has been promoting an animated character called Lady Goo Goo, a blondy who wears sunglasses who appears singing a song called The Moshi Dance, a music video whose rythm is similar to “Bad Romance” that became famous on YouTube.

The British High Court forbided this week “to promote, advertise, sell, distribute or otherwise provide the public” any work that involves Lady Goo Goo.
