The presidential hopeful of the AP party, Lenin Moreno, gives motivational talks for the Eventa Foundation, which is represented by his wife, Judith Gonzalez Navas, according to the National Register of Civil Society Organizations.
Through this foundation, Moreno has given motivational lectures for which he has received about $ 10,000.
Nevertheless, he has assured that the resources were allocated to the social works of the institution, which, he said, is not run by him. “I never charged a cent for a conference,” he said.

The Eventa Foundation was created in 2004 through an agreement signed by the then Labour Minister Raul Izurieta Mora-Bowen. Tt is known that Moreno asked for the approval of the statutes as provisional president of Eventa.
In his sworn declaration of assets as vice president, in 2009, Moreno reports that he owns $ 66 of shares in Eventa, an investment made in January 2004.
From 2013, after leaving the Vice Presidency, Moreno gave a motivational talk, as a foundation lecturer, for the Fire Department of Quito, at a cost of $ 10,000.
