Local Syndicates Critics the Proposal to Increase the Human Development Bonus

After a public communication of the media, there was a completed disagreement with the proposal of the government that was sent to the Assembly regarding the project of the Organic Bill of Social Expense Re-distribution, which creates new taxes.
The Guayaquil Chamber of Commerce, Guayaquil Chamber of Industries and the Ecuadorian Commercial Chamber, pointed out its stand on favour of fighting the poverty. However they disagree with the new tributes of the employers and the generators of wellbeing.
The new charges affect the legal profitability of the banks financial system. These measures could affect the future, the utilities of any company and generating jobs to fight poverty.
Analysts of the case stated, “The truth is that neither side has not carried out a macro-financial analysis about the impact that the proposed measures would have.”
