Madonna, the artist determined to remain indifferent to the passage of time, has today released the video for “Gimme All Your Luvin“, first single from her new album “MDNA” with a proposal full chorus of cheerleaders and football players in which recalls her own past.
“L – U – V, Madonna!” rappers Nicki Minaj and MIA chant at the beginning of the video. The 70’s and its wavy mane shake hands with the 80’s, especially in a time of footage, in which its characters, dressed in white lace and hair as Marilyn Monroe, recall the days when Madonna sang “Like a Virgin.”
The video has been directed by Megaforce, a French team of graphic artists who previously worked for the rapper Kid Cudi “Pursuit of Happiness” and likes to apply to outrageous visual puns seemingly linear narrative.
The singer has just unveiled the titles of the fifteen songs contained in the “MDNA deluxe” edition to be released on March 23, in addition to the recently released “Gimme All Your Luvin” and “Masterpiece“, a song included in the movie “W.E.” and recent winner of a Golden Globe
“Girls Gone Wild“, “Gang Bang“, “I’m Addicted“, “Some Girls“, “I Do not Give A“, “Turn Up the Radio“, “B-day Song,” “Superstar“,” I’m a Sinner “,” Falling Free “,” Love Spent “,” I Fucked Up “and” Beautiful Killer “, are the songs included in MDNA. (FL)
