María Alejandra Vicuña received the support of the parish governments

The activities of the Vice President of the Republic, María Alejandra Vicuña, yesterday in Guayaquil, took place under the common denominator of support for the Yes in the popular consultation.
It began at 08:30 with a discussion in the Ecuadorian Association of Broadcasting (AER), where he focused on the consultation, emphasizing several of the seven questions, as well as in defending the constitutionality of this, questioned by the opposition for the lack of an opinion of the Constitutional Court.
In addition, he referred to the statements of the former Alliance of State PAIS (PA), Raul Patiño, on the alleged lack of oversight during the previous government and said that he should take responsibility for his words; and she assured that in the eight years that she was a legislator, she fulfilled that function.
“If it had not been like that, I would have taken a step aside,” said Vicuña, who also criticized the damage allegedly caused by militants of AP related to Rafael Correa against the central movement in Quito, which he described as “vandalic ”
Later, in Samanes Park, he received the support of the National Council of Rural Parochial Governments for the Yes to the consultation, within the framework of the signing of an agreement between that body and the Development Bank (BDE), for a line of non-refundable credit.
Then, at the MAAC, Vicuña was present at the launch of the National Plan for Strengthening Technological and Technological Training in Ecuador.
Women
Women’s organizations that are part of the Popular Front announced their support for the popular consultation, particularly question 4, which refers to the reform that declares the abuse of children imprescriptible. “Those crimes cannot be forgotten, nor impunity,” they said. (I)
