Ecuadorian President Lenin Moreno said today that his government is willing to send humanitarian aid to Cuba after the passage of Hurricane Irma, which has left severe coastal flooding.
“We are ready to send help to our Cuban brothers; we hope they tell us their needs. It’s time to show our solidarity,” Moreno wrote on his Twitter account. (I)
