Much better footprint extends ventures
About ten ventures of Guayas, Pichincha and Manabi in software, computer, cleaning, makeup, food, carry the “tricolor” print promoted by the “Much Better Ecuador Corporation” in a strategic partnership with the Alliance for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (AEI). This is how they add to the more than 470 brands that have the backing of that stamp.
The president of the corporation, Monica Malo, indicates that to define a venture, aspects such as innovation or sales, are taken into account. In the first is not only included the type of product, but also in the presentation, packaging, how to advertise or produce, “if it comes from associations, from community management”. In sales it is considered if during the first six months it has not exceeded one million dollars.
They evaluate them. “From the raw material used to the finished product and how all the critical points are qualified to ensure that the final product will satisfy consumer needs,” she adds.
