Luis Gallo, first sergeant who receives complaints on the Safe Tourist Point of the Historic Centre, located to one side of the Plaza Grande, stated that he had served three complaints up to the 10: 00 p.m. of Wednesday, June 3.

The Declaration of the tourists agree that they leave their bags on one side without the least concern.
Gallo explains that police delivered brochures to foreign tourists with safety recommendations to avoid trouble.
