Nelson Zavala is the new presidential candidate of PRE

Nelson Zavala (mid) says he will defend Ecuadorian family.

Today the Partido Roldosista Ecuatoriano (PRE), at a press conference at the headquarters of the group, appointed the evangelical pastor Nelson Zavala as replacement of Abdala Bucaram Ortiz as a presidential candidate in List 10, after the former president got his application denied.

Upon accepting his nomination, Zavala revealed that he plans to defend the Ecuadorian family since he considers it as “the biggest treasure of Ecuador“.

Zavala also expressed his opinion on the current president Rafael Correa, “How much longer I will have to feel ashamed of the president I have, because he does not think what he says.”

Abdala Bucaram Pulley, son of former president exiled in Panama, said Zavala will “call upon God to defeat the evil power that governs us.” (MZ)
