New Constitutional Court will assume positions tomorrow
The new members of the Constitutional Court (CC) will take office at 09:00 am tomorrow before the plenary of the National Assembly in Quito (Ecuador).
The new judges are: Wendy Molina Andrade, Alfredo Ruiz Guzmán, Patricio Pazmiño Freire, María del Carmen Sánchez, Tatiana Ordeñana Sierra, Ruth Seni Pinoargote, Fabián Jaramillo Villa, Manuel Viteri Olvera y Gastón Gagliardo Loor.
As deputies were appointed: Libia Rivas Ordóñez, Édgar Zárate Zárate, Berenice Pólit Montesdeoca, Hernán Rivadeneira Játiva, Fanny Correa Défaz, Universi Zambrano Romero, Carlos Jaramillo Díaz, René Ormaza Torres y Tito Livio Mendoza.
In tomorrow’s session, the position ceremony will be the second act of the day as well as the deputies’ positioning.
The nine judges appointed by the Assessment Committee, were known on national radio and television broadcast last Thursday.
