New food trend: Diet 5:2

Fads and trends are present around the world through clothing, shoes, looks, home decoration, but also eating habits.

A controversial diet established in England, has become popular  in the United States.

It’s all about The Fast Diet, which is based on eating what you want for 5 days, while the remaining two days will consume only 600 calories.

The fast diet, also knwon as the diet 5:2, is a creation of the television journalist Michael Mosley, who is also specialized in medicine along with the journalist Mimi Spencer.

The book on this diet leads all sales in Britain and the United States and now has more than 12 editions.
