Noboa confirms his legal exit from Ecuador
The former presidential candidate Álvaro Noboa called a press conferencia via Skype to confirm from the city of Miami, where he said he is now, that he left the country legally, secured by the judgement issued by the constitutional judge Yvonne Hernández, who revoked the ban on leaving the country, ordered by the SRI against him.
Noboa exhibited his passport, protocolized document of the judgment, the official document with the seal of approval of the migration office of Guayas, which allowed him to leave the country.
No one is above the law said Noboa, to report that the judgment issued by judge Hernandez is firm and has to be respected. I am a businessman, said Noboa, and I have to stay abroad, as I always do, for several months, visiting my clients, but this time I will also make contact with international lawyers, since they don’t let us litigate in Ecuador, we will have to go to the International Courts, he added.
I am a man of good, honest, I have always complied with the law and I have paid my taxes, said Noboa, and I will continue to do it and I’ll keep worrying for my country and for Ecuadorians, he ended.
