PAIS Assemblies take President´s Veto and Apply it in the Land Code

Executive demands were supported in the Assembly when this official movement  vote by the Code of Land Management, Autonomy and Decentralization (Cootad).
Among the proposals is a secretary of the National Competition Council chosen from a list submitted by the Executive and the exercise of exclusive powers of each level of government growing in operation by law on 3 October.
Executive’s refusal to Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas to create cantons because they don’t have  a base of 12,000 people so it is not the only province unicantonal. This theme for some Assemblies even alienated PAIS Mary voted against it s agreed to his block in Carondelet with President Rafael Correa like head.
102 votes opposition included  the Assembly endorsed in six articles from the  Government  denying the autonomous governments (GAD) in the future.
Andres Roche  Madera de Guerrero´s Political Party reminded  the Assembly have not been able to discuss agreement and insisted the new proposal hurts big cities as Guayaquil, Cuenca and Quito. Pachacutik´s Diana Atamaint said the new formula doesn´t allow the Amazon provinces to create new regions so this contradicts the new Constitution.
After the meeting, through its Facebook, Montúfar posted on his wall: “If the opposition is divided, we will lose.”
