Patricio Mery Bell under house arrest in Chile

Chilean journalist and political advisor of the Citizen’s Revolution in Ecuador Patricio Mery Bell is under house arrest in Chile for denunciations against the High Command of Carabineros de Santiago.
Mery Bell came to Ecuador to reveal a CIA plot to destabilize the government of Rafael Correa based on suspicions of an alleged cocaine trafficking network in Chile, protected by senior officials. These allegations have not yet been proven.
“House arrest for denouncing the High Command of Carabineros. Kidnapped in my country,” Mery Bell posted on his Twitter account.
Bell mentioned an anonymous source. “According to this source, the trafficking of about 300 kilograms of cocaine per month is part of a high-level operation directed and monitored from the CIA and DEA stations to raise funds to perform operations that are not controlled by the US Congress.”
The target would be to “destabilize the Government of Ecuador, whose President ordered to dislodge the military base of Manta (assigned to the US between 1999 and 2009), in addition to initiating “negotiations with China to fill that power vacuum.”
