Paul Carrasco, Prefect of Azuay, Ecuador

The prefect of Azuay, Paul Carrasco, said today he plans to run for the presidency of Ecuador representing the Poder Popular movement.

Carrasco said that the application would be within the framework of the Multicountry Coordinator, which has several organizations, and from there, a single candidate will rise. (MZ)
