Pitt and Jolie: One step from the altar?

Posted On 26 Jan 2012

As Brad Pitt said in an interview with the magazine The Hollywood Reporter, he and his wife, Angelina Jolie would be very close to taking the big step of marriage.

The actor, 48, said he was in favor of formalizing their relationship, mainly at the insistence of their children.

“We really like it and it seems that increasingly means a lot for our children. Long ago we stated that we would not (marry) until everyone could do it (in reference to the prohibition of homosexuals marriages in the U.S.), but I do not think we can hold it anymore”, said Pitt.
