Carlos Sagñay de la Bastida, twice presidential candidate, is in the process of registration of his political movement ‘Venceremos.’ Businessman Alvaro Noboa is doing the same, the five times presidential candidate, is registering his party ‘Adelante Ecuatoriano Adelante.’ And before them, Marcelo Larrea, once a candidate for the presidency, expressed his interest of creating the `Democracia Si´ movement.
